The Bay Adelaide Centre in downtown Toronto is a dress in clear glass prism. The project will be an important contribution to public art, integrated with the architecture of the building, through its illumination to be at the hands of renowned artist James Turrell.

Designed to the standards of LEED project is the largest sustainable Toronto. The 50 floors, containing over 111,480 m² of leasable office space. Includes more than 3700 m² for shops and restaurants. So it has buried three levels of parking for 1100 cars.
