The tower rises from the sea, with a slight twist, creating a smart move that becomes sign the project. The base is shaped arch imitating the shapes of the waves of the Persian Gulf. The English firm A-cero, led by Joaquin Torres and Rafael Llamazares has been awarded the first prize in a restricted international competition to develop an exclusive residential area in Madinat Al Arab, a district in Dubai coastline.
