This 37-story tower occupying the entire block next to a square in the center Chengdu. It is a complex comprising a 12-storey commercial center, and a 25-story Hyatt hotel. Together they have over 1,200,000 sq ft shopping center and 450 rooms. The design is made to maximize relationships with the program and the urban space.
