office building built in 2004, making it one of the most modern acquisitions in the German city skyline Frankfurt. Replacing a 60 year old building about 19 floors. The modern glass curtain wall shaped bow section, which lets you create an entrance plaza from the street. The building has 38 floors dedicated to office use and was built using a reinforced concrete structure mainly, although some elements such as pillars on the ground floor were made of steel.
