two towers have been proposed, 370 and 284 meters for the city of New York. The project is the work of architectural firm SOM and will be used entirely for use as offices. The towers are located on roads that go to Pennsylvania Station, and is predicted to be ready for 2011. The total project cost could reach $ 600 million.
